A Sampling of Success Stories
1) Hired by the Court and given 30 days to come up with a plan of reorganization of a residential development and construction company, Hal gave the Test Tubes of Paper® training to the company’s management. It resulted in accurately identifying what caused the company's downfall and how to correct the problem, including its insolvency. With Court approval the company commenced “Land Packaging” activities (which it developed during the training) in lieu of its former operations, became solvent and within 18 months paid off all its creditors and repaid investors their full contribution plus a profit.
2) An investment advisory firm took the Test Tubes of Paper® training, created "Market Timing" services and shortly became one the largest such companies.
3) A regional automobile tire retailer experiencing financial difficulties took the Test Tubes of Paper® training and then successfully embarked upon national versus regional marketing and distribution, as well as extensive industrial sales; directly contributing to substantially increased profits and a larger and more stable management and sales force.
4) The Test Tubes of Paper® training was given to a franchisor needing to find a way to reduce the number of costly special deliveries by truck beyond its regular weekly deliveries to clients. The company created what it calls the "staggered route system" which solved the problem and created substantially increased gross and net profits.
5) A funeral home used the Test Tubes of Paper® training as a means to discover why it was unsuccessful in selling its high end caskets. The company redefined the services as being, “We sell peace of mind” (not caskets). The natural and related shift of emphasis changed virtually all the company’s practices. Selling more caskets was just one of the many new benefits it obtained.
In addition to the problem solving and decision making process itself, Hal’s broad-based business and management consulting background provides an important added benefit.
