Adv. Mater. Publishes ECUST Latest Research Achievements of Vascular Endothelial Biomaterials

Recently, Professor Liu Runhui's research group from the School of Materials in our university has made a breakthrough in the research of biomaterials for promoting blood vessel endothelialization, and achieved the function of selectively promoting endothelial cell growth and accelerating rapid endothelialization through polymer strategy. The achievement was published in Advanced Materials with the title of “A Polymeric Strategy Empowering Vascular CellSelectivity and Potential Application Superior to Extracellular Matrix Peptides”.

This research article is first-authored by Zhou Ruiyi, a doctoral student of ECUST and corresponding-authored by Professor Liu Runhui of ECUST. This research has been financially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other funds.
